The Moving Pavilion tweaks the micro-climate for a larger difference on the flora and fauna of the terrain as its primary objective.
Outerside reflects the sunlight to other parts of the sloped terrain where sunlight is scarce, to influence the overall micro-climate in the valley.
The Pavilion moves with the speed required for re-growth, at 3 times its length in 3 months.
